Heikki Halme Appointed Chair of the Board of Bradleys Digital

Karri Mustonen, who has served as Chair of the Board of Bradleys Digital Oy for several years, will transition to the role of Board Member. Bradleys Digital extends its warm thanks to Karri for his valuable and long-term work in developing the company.

Heikki Halme has been appointed as the new Chair of the Board. He has been involved in the company’s board work since 2024. The change aims to support the company’s growth and strategic development in the coming years.

Heikki Halme comments on his new role:

The Board of Bradleys Digital Oy appointed me as the new Chair at its January meeting. I am delighted to take on this role for several reasons. I have served on the company’s board for nearly two years, so the people and the business are already familiar to me – I know well what I am stepping into.

I particularly value the company’s goal-oriented approach to both development and growth. Customer-driven development is the foundation of everything: it ensures high-quality service for customers and meaningful, motivating work for employees. In its simplicity, that is the key to growth.

At the start of my new role, the company also underwent a change in CEO, with Antti Vienamo taking up the position. Experience and enthusiasm are a combination that will undoubtedly take both Antti and the company forward successfully. It is great to be part of this overall picture and to contribute to its development.

Finally, I would like to note that the Board of the company enjoys an excellent working atmosphere: new business opportunities are actively sought, and challenges are discussed openly – always in a constructive spirit.
